Housing and Land Use
Energy - Initiated Rural Electrification & Franchise fee collection from NAPOCOR
- Sponsored publication of book on Anti-Drug Law.
- aguna Agricultural Trading Station & Dairy Processing Plant.
- Resolution providing P4.95 Million for planting hybrid coconut & development of the industry.
- Resolution providing for PhilHealth coverage of all Barangay officials.
- Sponsored the approval of Laguna University.
Other ordinances written and implemented
- BP 698-A, Declaring all public schools as "Sanctuary of Birds".
- Initiated planting of several thousand trees for conservaton of Environment.
- Creation of Rural/Barangay Post Offices.
